We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a spa coordinator and wedding assistant at Hidden Oaks in Ribchester.
The role combines responsibilities of spa operations, assisting the venue manager in daily tasks and becoming involved with weddings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities:

➢Manage spa bookings and appointments in person, on the telephone and via email in a professional and timely manner. Greeting guests, ensuring they are safe while onsite and handing feedback. Keeping health and safety records up to date (following induction.)

➢Maintain cleanliness and smooth running of spa facilities, treatment rooms and venue; ensuring they are well-maintained and presentable. Reporting issues to management/maintenance where appropriate.

➢Support the venue manager in spa and wedding operations including procurement tasks, scheduling, social media posts and co-ordination in preparation for events. Being present at weddings and events as a key member of the team.

Skills/experience:

Essential
Ability to work independently and as part of team while contributing to a positive working environment.

Strong organisation, communication and multi-tasking.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall success of the venue.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate spa, wedding and event schedules.

Computer and social media literate (familiar with Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram), good level of English (written and spoken) and mathematics.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
 

Desirable
Experience in event organisation and/or weddings.

Experience in customer service, front of house or bar work

Trained to carry out treatments (facials and massage)
